Scientific Data Images for Human V1a Vasopressin R/AVPR1A Antibody
Detection of V1a Vasopressin R/AVPR1A in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human V1a Vasopressin R/AVPR1A and eGFP by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with (A) human V1a Vasopressin R/AVPR1A or (B) irrelevant protein, and eGFP was stained with Mouse Anti-Human V1a Vasopressin R/AVPR1A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10932) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (F0101B). Quadrant markers were set based on Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MAB0041). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.Applications for Human V1a Vasopressin R/AVPR1A Antibody
