Detects mouse ADAM15 Ectodomain in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots (under reducing and non-reducing conditions), no cross-reactivity with the ectodomains of recombinant mouse (rm) ADAM9, rmADAM10, recombinant human (rh) ADAM8, rhADAM15, and rhADAM17 is observed.
