Specificity
Detects mouse MFRP in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) MFRP is observed, 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Frizzled-4 is observed, 10% cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled-1, rhFrizzled-5, rmFrizzled-8, and rmFrizzled-10 is observed, and 5% cross-reactivity with rmFrizzled-3, rmFrizzled-6, and rmFrizzled-7 is observed.
