Specificity
Detects porcine IFN-gamma in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 60% cross‑reactivity with recombinant canine IFN-gamma and recombinant feline IFN-gamma is observed, 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant equine IFN-gamma and recombinant human IFN-gamma is observed, and less than 5% cross‑reactivity with recombinant mouse IFN-gamma and recombinant rat IFN-gamma is observed.
