Western blot shows lysates of GST tagged Ubiquitin, GST tagged ISG-15, GST tagged FLAG®, HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line,E. colitransfected with GST tagged BRDG1-SH2, andSf21 transfected GST tagged PARK1. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Glutathione S-Transferase/GST Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9499) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Glutathione S-Transferase/GST as indicated. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
