To enrich for hematopoietic stem cells through negative selection.
The MagCellect Mouse Cell Lineage Depletion Kit (Catalog # MAGM209) uses an antibody cocktail to magnetically remove lineage committed cells such as T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, and erythrocytes. The resulting lineage negative HSCs are untouched by antibodies and ready for use in downstream applications. R&D Systems also offers individual antibodies for lineage depletion which can be used in combination with a magnetic separation system or flow cytometric cell sorting to deplete lineage committed cells.
To isolate untouched, lineage negative cells from mouse bone marrow.
