Scientific Data Images for Human AGTR‑1 Antibody

Detection of Human AGTR-1 antibody by Western Blot.

Detection of Human AGTR‑1 by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue and human lung tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human AGTR-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB102441) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for AGTR-1 at approximately 43 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
