Scientific Data Images for Human IgG2 Antibody

Human IgG2ELISA Standard Curve.

Human IgG2ELISA Standard Curve.

Recombinant Human IgG2protein was serially diluted 2-fold and captured by Mouse Anti-Human IgG2Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9794) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Rabbit Anti-Human IgG Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11012) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998) followed by Substrate Solution (Catalog # DY999) and stopping the enzymatic reaction with Stop Solution (Catalog # DY994).

Applications for Human IgG2 Antibody

Background: IgG2

R&D Systems offers a range of secondary antibodies and controls for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and Western blotting. We provide species-specific secondary antibodies that are available with a variety of conjugated labels.

Our NorthernLights fluorescent secondary antibodies are bright and resistant to photobleaching. We are currently offering secondary antibodies recognizing mouse, rat, goat, sheep, and rabbit IgG as well as chicken IgY. These reagents are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multi-color fluorescence microscopy.

Long Name

Immunoglobulin G2

FAQs for Human IgG2 Antibody

Showing  1 - 1 of 1 FAQ Showing All
  • Q: Do the Human IgG2 antibodies, Catalog #s MAB9794 and MAB97941, bind to the hinge region of IgG2?

A: We have not mapped the epitope of these antibodes. We observe no cross-reactivity to other closely related IgG isoforms IgG1, IgG3 and IgG4 by non-reducing Western blot.
