Myogenin in C2C12 Mouse Myoblast Cells.
Myogenin was detected in immersion fixed differentiated C2C12 mouse myoblast cells using Mouse Anti-Human Myogenin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6686) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Detection of Myogenin in C2C12 cells by Flow Cytometry.
C2C12 cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Myogenin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6686, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Fluorescein-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0103B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
