Scientific Data Images for Human Slug Antibody
Detection of Slug in HeLa Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human Slug Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7408, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (MAB003, open histogram) followed by anti-Mouse IgG PE-conjugated secondary antibody (F0102B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (FC005). PC‑3 human prostate cancer cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human Slug Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7408, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB003, open histogram), followed by Fluorescein-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0103B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
