Application: Western BlotSample Tested: Human recombinant antibodySpecies: Human and MouseVerified Customer | Posted 02/22/2016This is an antibody titration experiment, testing for fluorescent detection with the Odyssey LiCor infrared system. Recombinant human TPO (Cat# 288-TP/CF) was added in decreasing amounts in PBS, ran through a 10-14% denaturing polyacrylamide gel. Transferred onto a PVDF membrane, blotted for the anti-TPO antibody (Cat# MAB2881), and then for anti-mouse antibody (IRDye800CW). The membrane was then imaged by IR fluorescence.
