Scientific Data Images for Human TRIM38 Antibody
Detection of Human TRIM38 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of RT-4 human bladder carcinoma cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human TRIM38 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF9104) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for TRIM38 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
TRIM38 in Human Lymph Node.
TRIM38 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lymph node using Goat Anti-Human TRIM38 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF9104) at 10 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Goat IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC004). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for IHC Staining with VisUCyte HRP Polymer Detection Reagents.
