Detection of Common gamma Chain/IL‑2 R gamma in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. CD3⁺mouse splenocytes were stained with Mouse Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7842, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0061, open histogram), followed by Fluorescein-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')₂Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0104B).
