Scientific Data Images for Mouse IL-27 p28/IL-30 Antibody
IL‑27 p28/IL‑30 in Mouse Thymus.
IL-27 p28/IL-30 was detected in perfusion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of mouse thymus using 15 µg/mL Mouse IL-27 p28/ IL-30 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1834) overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Recombinant Mouse IL-27 (Catalog # 2799-ML) reduces the Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV)-induced cytopathy in the HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by Resazurin. Inhibition of EMCV activity elicited by Recombinant Mouse IL-27 (10 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Mouse IL-27 p28/IL-30 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1834). The ND50 is typically 1-5 µg/mL.Applications for Mouse IL-27 p28/IL-30 Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunohistochemistry
5-15 µg/mL
Sample: Perfusion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of mouse thymus
Sample: Perfusion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of mouse thymus
Western Blot
0.1 µg/mL
Sample: Recombinant Mouse IL‑27 p28/IL-30
Sample: Recombinant Mouse IL‑27 p28/IL-30
Neutralization
Measured by its ability to neutralize IL‑27 inhibition of EMCV-induced cytopathy in the HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. Bender, H. et al. (2009) Hepatology 50:585. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 1-5 µg/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL Recombinant Mouse IL‑27.
