Recombinant Mouse IL‑27 (Catalog # 2799-ML) reduces the Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV)-induced cytopathy in the HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by Resazurin. Inhibition of EMCV activity elicited by Recombinant Mouse IL‑27 (10 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Mouse IL‑27 p28/IL-30 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1834). The ND50 is typically 1‑5 µg/mL.
