Detects mouse Lymphotoxin beta R/TNFRSF3 in direct ELISA and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) LT beta R is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) 4-1BB, rmCD27, rmOPG, rmRANK, rmCD30, rmCD40, rhDR6, rmTNF RI, rmTNF RII, rmEDAR, rmFas and rmGITR is observed.
Detection of Lymphotoxin beta R/TNFRSF3 in NIH‑3T3 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. NIH‑3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse Lymphotoxin beta R/TNFRSF3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1008, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0107). Background: Lymphotoxin beta R/TNFRSF3
Lymphotoxin beta R is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and is now designated TNFRSF3. Lymphotoxin beta R transduces signals following binding of LIGHT or the heterotrimeric Lymphotoxins LT alpha 1/ beta 2 or LT alpha 2/ beta 1. It plays a critical role in controlling cellular immune functions and lymphoid organogenesis.

R&D Systems personnel manually curate a database that contains references using R&D Systems products.
The data collected includes not only links to publications in PubMed,
but also provides information about sample types, species, and experimental conditions.
The reconstitution calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume of a reagent to reconstitute your vial. Simply enter the mass of reagent and the target concentration and the calculator will determine the rest.
