MICL, also known as killer cell lectin-like receptor 1 (KLR1), is an inhibitory C-type lectin-like receptor that contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM). It is a75 kDa type II membrane protein that is expressed on neutrophils, NK cells, monocytes and dendritic cells. The amino acid sequence of mouse MICL extracellular domain is 53%, 52% and 58% identical to that of human, bovine and canine MICL, respectively.

Scientific Data Images for Mouse MICL/CLEC12A Antibody
Detection of MICL/CLEC12A in M1 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse MICL/CLEC12A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2950, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0108).
MICL/CLEC12A in Mouse Splenocytes.
MICL/CLEC12A was detected in immersion fixed mouse splenocytes using Goat Anti-Mouse MICL/CLEC12A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2950) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
