Background: Wnt-10b

Wnt-10b (also known as Wnt-12) is a 45 kDa glycoprotein involved in fetal limb bud development and adult hematopoiesis. Mouse Wnt-10b exists as two isoforms: a 361 amino acid (aa) long form and a 265 aa short form that lacks a 95 aa internal sequence. Wnt-10b is less than 60% aa identical to other Wnts, but mouse to human, Wnt-10b shows almost complete aa sequence identity at > 97%.
