Scientific Data Images for Human Ferritin Antibody
Detection of Human Ferritin by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue and human spleen tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Ferritin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB93541) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Ferritin at approximately 20 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Ferritin in iBJ6 iPS Cell Line.
Ferritin was detected in immersion fixed iBJ6 iPS cell line differentiated into hepatocytes using Mouse Anti-Human Ferritin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB93541) at 1 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to the perinuclear membrane. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.Applications for Human Ferritin Antibody
