Scientific Data Images for Human Hepassocin/FGL1 Antibody
Detection of Hepassocin/FGL1 in HEK293 cells transfected with Human Hepassocin and eGFP cells by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 cells transfected with Human Hepassocin and eGFP were stained with eGFP and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human Hepassocin/FGL1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB16143) or (B) Mouse IgG2B Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB004) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B). View our protocol for Staining Intracellular Molecules.Detection of Human Hepassocin/FGL1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Hep3B human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, Human Liver. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Hepassocin/FGL1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB16143) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Hepassocin/FGL1 at approximately 34 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human Hepassocin/FGL1 Antibody
