Scientific Data Images for Human Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 Antibody
Detection of Human Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6254) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). Specific bands were detected for Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 at approximately 300 kDa (as indicated) and proteolytic fragments of Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 at approximately 100 to 175 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 in HeLa Human Cell Line.
Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6254) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.
Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 in Human Colon Cancer Tissue.
Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon cancer tissue using Goat Anti-Human Host Cell Factor 1/HCFC1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6254) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei of epithelial cells. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.
