Scientific Data Images for Human IFN‑ alpha Antibody
IFN‑ alpha in Human PBMCs and MCF-7 Human Cell Line.
IFN-a was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs; left panel, positive stain) and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line (right panel, negative stain) using Mouse Anti-Human IFN-a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB93454) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
