Semaphorin 4D/CD100 in Jurkat Human Cell Line.
Semaphorin 4D/CD100 was detected in immersion fixed Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line using Mouse Anti-Human Semaphorin 4D/CD100 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7470) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the Northern-Lights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counter-stained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Applications for Human Semaphorin 4D/CD100 Antibody
