Wnt-9a, previously known as Wnt-14, is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the Wnt family of signaling molecules that are important in development. Within the sequences used as immunogens, human Wnt-9a shares 97% amino acid sequence identity with the mouse or rat protein.
