Detects mouse Semaphorin 6A in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 25% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Semaphorin 6A is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 3A, rhSemaphorin 3B, recombinant mouse (rm) Semaphorin 3C, rmSemaphorin 3F, and rmSemaphorin 7A is observed.

Detection of Semaphorin 6A in Mouse Intestine.
Semaphorin 6A was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of Mouse Intestine using Goat Anti-Mouse Semaphorin 6A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1615) at 1.7 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Goat IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC004). Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using VisUCyte Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # VCTS021). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to intestinal glands.
