Scientific Data Images for SARS-CoV-2 Spike S2 Subunit Antibody (1037111)
Detection of SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein by Western Blot.
Western blot shows recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike S2 Subunit Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB106371) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein at approximately 230 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Applications for SARS-CoV-2 Spike S2 Subunit Antibody (1037111)
