Scientific Data Images for Human Desmoglein‑3 Antibody
Detection of Human Desmoglein‑3 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human skin cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Desmoglein-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1720) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Desmoglein-3 at approximately 130 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Desmoglein‑3 in Human Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
Desmoglein-3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human squamous cell carcinoma using Mouse Anti-Human Desmoglein-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1720) at 8 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membranes of keratinocytes. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.Applications for Human Desmoglein‑3 Antibody
