Scientific Data Images for Human GPR85 Antibody
GPR85 in U‑87 MG Human Cell Line.
GPR85 was detected in immersion fixed U‑87 MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line (positive staining) and A549 human lung carcinoma cell line (negative staining) using Mouse Anti-Human GPR85 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10761) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Applications for Human GPR85 Antibody
