Mouse Anti-Human FGF basic/FGF2/bFGF Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAM233) was incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)
