Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse Sulfamidase/SGSH Antibody
Detection of Human and Mouse Sulfamidase/SGSH by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, 3T3-L1 mouse embryonic fibroblast adipose-like cell line, and RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Sulfamidase/SGSH Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB83801) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Sulfamidase/SGSH at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Sulfamidase/SGSH in Human Kidney.
Sulfamidase/SGSH was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Sulfamidase/SGSH Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB83801) at 5 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001). Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to convoluted tubules and glomeruli. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line and MCF‑7 human breast cancer cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Sulfamidase/SGSH at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Sulfamidase/SGSH Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB83801). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Applications for Human/Mouse Sulfamidase/SGSH Antibody
