STAT6 in Human PBMCs. STAT6 was detected in immersion fixed PHA-stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using 8 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human STAT6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2167) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained (red) and counterstained (green). View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.

Detection of Human STAT6 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human STAT6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2167) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for STAT6 at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 5.
