Scientific Data Images for Human TMIGD2/CD28H Antibody
Detection of TMIGD2/CD28H in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human TMIGD2/CD28H and eGFP by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human TMIGD2/CD28H and eGFP was stained with and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human TMIGD2/CD28H Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB83162) or (B) Mouse IgG2AIsotype Control (MAB003) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (F0101B). In a functional flow cytometry test, Recombinant Human B7-H7 Fc Chimera (8084-B7, 500 ng/mL) binds to HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with recombinant human TMIGD2/CD28H (black dotted line). Binding is completely blocked (orange histogram) by 50 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human TMIGD2/CD28H Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB83162). Mouse IgG2AIsotype Control (MAB003) at 50 µg/mL was used as a control (blue line). Cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human IgG1Fc APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB110A).Detection of TMIGD2/CD28H in Human PBMC by Flow Cytometry.
Human PBMC were stained with either (A) Mouse Anti-Human TMIGD2/CD28H Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB83162) or (B) Mouse IgG2A Isotype Control (MAB003) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (F0101B) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB100P).
