IL-2 binding to Human CD25/IL-2R alpha-transfected HEK293 Human Cell Line is Blocked by Human CD25/IL-2R alpha Antibody.
In a functional flow cytometry test, Recombinant Human IL-2 Biotinylated protein (BT202, 500 ng/mL) binds to HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with recombinant human CD25/IL-2R alpha (black dotted line). Binding is completely blocked (orange histogram) by 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human CD25/IL-2R alpha Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1020). Mouse IgG2A Isotype Control (MAB003) at 0.5 µg/mL was used as a control (blue line). Ligand binding was detected by staining cells with APC-conjugated Streptavidin (F0050).Applications for Human CD25/IL-2R alpha Antibody
